At the beginning of the ceremony Anne Denise Mejaki sang O Canada following with Cobalt Mayor Andre Beleanger welcoming everyone and declaring April 6th as Dr. William Henry Drummond Day in Cobalt.
The Dr. W.H. Drummond Poetry contest was launched.
At the end of the ceremony Anne Denise Mejaki and Helene Culhane led the audience in singing The Cobalt Song
Refreshments were served.
It was very well attended by adults and school children, everyone enjoyed themselves.
